Unlike marketplace platforms where clients create one account to book at many salons, each of your clients exists only in your system. They won't see other businesses, receive marketing from competitors, or be tempted to try elsewhere.
Correct - 0% marketplace commission. We only charge payment processing fees (1.5% + 20p per transaction) when clients pay online. This covers our costs from Stripe plus a small margin.
